Brass Needle Valves

Champ Needle Valves are specially designed & manufactured for use in corrosive & hazardous environment. These Valves are used in process control instrumentation and flow control applications.

Specifications:-

• Size: 1/4” , 3/8”, 1/2”
• Bonnet Design: Integral Bonnet Needle Valve.
• End Connection: NPT-Female, and Tube OD (with OLIVE ferrule & double ferrule).
• Packing: PTFE, Grafoil
• Material: Brass.
• Testing: Valves are tested 1000 psig Hydraulically & 150 psig Pneumatically.
• Temperature Rating: PTFE-up to -50^°C to 200 ^°C Grafoil-up to 350^°C
